Tesla is coming out with a roofing solution for home owners with it's solar roof panels. At first glance the panels seem very expensive and when you factor in the tax credit and the cost savings of generating your own energy that may not be the case.
After further review my initial thought was that these panels wold be prone to breaking or cracking and it looks like these solar panels are stronger then some traditional roof tiles.
